The Thang:

Warmup: mosey to the track, circled up and did: SSH, willie mays hays, weed pickers, hill billies, good mornings. Thang: went to the track and did a modified "miserable" mile. Started at 12 reps of burpees, jump squats, flutter kicks, dying cockroach. At each 100 meter mark decreased the rep count by 1 till we hit 0. And finished with a single lap around the track with increasing speed to complete the 1 mile. Performed some Mary till the end.
