Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey down to the parking lot by the 2nd baseball fields.  WMH, WP, Good mornings, hill billys, copperhead mercans, Motivators(phew!)

The Thang:

Had planned on making the baseball field concession as the home base for a route and exercises running around the fields, but alas, the gates were locked.  So moseyed further down to the building at the football field.  Run around the outside of the parking lots, stop at 3 stations. 1. Mercans 2. Prisoner Squats 3. Reverse LBCs Reps are 20 on first loop, 15 2nd loop, 10 3rd loop and 5 on the last loop. Each time passing the building do 10 donkey kicks and 10 Bonnie Blairs. Over to the football field for foxholes.  Mercan rollover, BBSU rollover, increase rep each time you rollover. Didn't realize the field was going to be extremely wet.  Everyone was dripping wet after getting to 10 reps each. Stopped at the bleachers on the way out for 5 reps each leg of a combo step up and rear lunge. Mosey up the hill backwards for about 75 yards, stopped for some Fred Astaire's (made that up in the middle of the night) - feet on the curb in high plank position, do a shoulder tap each shoulder then tap each foot on the ground, 1 rep.  10 of those then mosey up to parking lot by the coupon pile, back on the curb for 10 slow Mike Tysons. Up the hill, to the flag and finished with Captain Thor -BBSU and Flutter kicks in a 1 to 4 rep ratio.

COT:

Swiper's mom Marsha's family F3 Cumming leadership transition tomorrow night July 25 12 hour marathon

Naked-Man Moleskin:

12 men out to make themselves better.  I got about 4 hours of sleep, my shoulder is hurting again, and my legs are tired. I didn't want to show up this morning. But one thing that is definite in addition to death and taxes, is gratitude for showing up when you didn't want to. Great fellowship, great workout.
