• 3 Pax pre-ran while YCH scouted resources for maximum fitness building. Clearly, I need to post at Phoenix more often so I can do that by memory.

• Mosey over to the coupon pile to pick out the biggest coupons we could find.
• Rifle carry coupon back to the soccer field; line up on the sideline
• Work through deck of cards (only 9, 10, J, Q,K, A)
  • Hearts - Coupon Circuits (Curl to overhead press, to skull crusher, and reverse)
  • Spades - Coupon thrusters
  • Diamonds - Shoulder tap merkins
  • Clubs - Bonnie Blairs (cumming count)
  • Jokers - Jog to pull up bars, do 50 total pull-ups as a group (10 * # of pax)
  • After each suited card, run to far sideline and mosey back
• Rifle carry coupon back to pile
• Mosey back to flag
• 1 min of American Hammers until time
