The Thang:
Did a loop starting at the entrance of the park, passing two speedbumps to the stairs, up the stairs, left down the street, then back down to the entrance. At the 2 speedbumps do 5 burpees, 10 mercans and 15 squats. Bear crawl up the stairs, 25 various ab exercises at the top, mosey to the turn off for 25 Cumming count mountain climbers, then run backwards down the hill to the entrance. Did this twice, on the 2nd trip we did burpees, wide mercans and sumo squats. 15 Big Boy sit ups at top of stairs.
Mosey down to the other stairs for a de escalator from 10 reps down to 5 reps. Mercans at the bottom of the hill, SSH at the top.
Mosey to the other side of the park to the pavilion, stopping on the way for 15 mercans to get the mercan count to 100.
11's on the picnic table, Dercans and step ups.
