Dips around the fountain, run down steps, LBCs at the bottom. 11’s Set 3: Amphitheater Crunchy Frogs/Smurf Jacks. Crunchy Frogs, sprint to other side, Smurf Jacks. Headed back to the flag for a couple of mins of Mary.
