The Thang:
Utilized the full length of a soccer field and a coupon.
Starting at one end of the field we performed 30 Curls for the Girls with coupon. Rifle Carried coupon a quarter of the field. Performed 20 Squats with coupon - discarded coupon for next section. Bear crawled a quarter of the field. Performed 10 Big Boy Situps. Moderate Mosey to the end of the field. Performed 5 Burpees. Recovery walk back to the middle of the field. We repeated the actions in reverse: 10 Big Boy Situps, Bear Crawl, 20 Squats, Rifle Carry, and 30 Curls for the Girls.
