Pick up the late arrivals and mosey to the field
The Thang:
4 laps around the football field doing the following:
Mosey on sidelines. Complete 25 Merkins at the 50 on one side. 25 squats on the other.
Bear crawl in one endzone. 5 merkins at goalposts. Crawl bear to other sideline.
Forward crab walk in other endzone. 5 merkins at goalposts. Backward crab walk to other sideline.
After each lap, circle back to join the 6 until they complete the lap.
Mosey to the flag for some Mary.
